National Commercial Tricycle and Motorcycle Owners & Riders Association (NACTMORAS) has called upon Professor Kingsley Moghalu to run for the Presidency in the 2023 general election. The association domiciled in the 19 Northern States made this known in a press statement released a few days ago.
The association urged the Former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria to contest in 2023. They promised him 10million votes in the Northern part of the country.
Professor Moghalu also confirmed the news on his Twitter handle, he said: “The 10 million-man Keke Napep/ Okada riders in Northern Nigeria, formally the Coalition of 19 Northern States of the National Commercial Tricycle and Motorcycle Owners and Riders Association (NACTMORA) surprised me today with a call that I should run for President again in 2023.”
The former deputy CBN governor who hailed from the South East region celebrated his 60th birthday a few days ago. He contested for the presidential seat in 2019, he scored less than 50,000 votes across the Federation. It is unclear if the politician will contest in 2023 or not.
