…as INEC cancels Obosi, Abatete wards.
The election for Anambra central senatorial zone held on Saturday, February 23 has been declared inconclusive.
The election was between chief Victor Umeh of APGA and Iyom Ekwunife of PDP. According to the official results released by INEC, Ekwunife is leading with about 70,000 votes.
In the same vein, the election for the House of Representatives for Idemili north and south federal constituency has also been declared inconclusive due to the cancellation of Obosi and Abatete wards.
In Idemili zone, it is between Ifeanyi Ibezi of APGA and Hon Obinna Chidoka of PDP.
So far, Hon Ibezi is leading on the results declared by INEC.
