The alleged decision was said to have been reached at the NWC meeting of Thursday 21st May but the letter conveying the outcome of the NWC meeting of 21st May was written to INEC on Monday 18th May before the so-called NWC meeting where the said decision was said to have been reached and INEC received the letter on the purported decision of the NWC meeting of 21st May on Tuesday 19th of May.
