No Thanks to Kwankwaso- Our leaders are not incompetent, they are just shameless

I have seen a lot of people congratulating Alhaji Rabiu Kwankwaso of Kano state for sending 242 graduates abroad to further their education at masters level in different discipline. But he should be ashamed of himself instead.
Kwankwaso was Gov in Kano state for 8 years and he could not establish a world class university in the state where every Kano indigence can get first class education. Rather he is sending them to India to study, where is his sense of shame? We should start thinking like a people that want to progress and not just feathers that follows the direction of the wind.
Situations like this is why I maintain that most of our leaders are competent but they have no shame. We can all agree that Kwankwaso knows the importance of good schools but he is not ashamed not to have them. Just like a Gov driving through potholes in the city. He knows that there should not be potholes in those places, he knows that it needs just money and labourers to patch the holes. He knows how to do it, but he is not ashamed to have the potholes there.
Do you want to tell me that Govs don’t know how to give contract to contractors to build good hospitals and equip them? And they know the difference between good and bad hospitals; that is why they fly to good hospitals when they are ill. But you will see them visiting accident victims in ‘piggeries’ called hospitals in this country and will take pictures there. Do you really think they can’t see? they can see very well but they are not just shamed to be associated with those hospitals.
