The deposed President of Sudan, Omar Al-Bashir has been transferred to a prison following his removal from office by the army last week, Akelicious has learnt.
Akelicious gathered that Al-Bashir was sent to a maximum prison in the nation’s capital, Khartoum.
“Last night, Bashir was transferred to Kober prison in Khartoum,” a family source said without giving further details.
Akelicious recalls that Al-Bashir was ousted by the military last Thursday after four months of intense protests against his 30-years dictatorial rule.
The military had said he was being held “in a secure place”.
