Breaking: Two Brothers Abducted In Kaduna

Bandits have striked again in a Kaduna community on Thursday morning as they invaded Tsallake dogo community in Rigachukwu, Igabi Local Government Area of Kaduna State and went away with two brothers.

Independent sources revealed that the armed bandits invaded the community around 12:45 am early hours of Thursday.

The operation was said to have lasted for some hours before they went away with the kidnapped victims.

Sources further disclosed that the brothers were kidnapped in their homes.

Mohammed Rigachukwu one of the sources revealed that the two brothers were kidnapped in their home.

According to him, “The bandits opened fire and were shooting sporadically in the community to scare people away, before they took the two brothers away”.

“No information of where the bandits took them to, and they have not demanded for ransom”. He stated

Mohammed said, “One person was also missing, I don’t know if he escaped or that they also kidnapped him”.

It could be recalled that in Kakau area of the state in Chikun Local Government Area, on Wednesday, bandits had killed 5 policemen, 5 vigilantes and kidnapped 23 people and they are yet to demand for ransom.

Attempts to speak with the PPRO Mohammed Jalige to confirm the incident failed as his tel line was unreachable.
