The question every citizen of Nigeria is asking today is whether Femi Fani Kayode (FFK) has joined the All-Progressive Congress (APC) or not, and the whole issue has caused confusion on the social media.
There has been lots of arguments so far on the social media about what Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, said about Femi Fani Kayode (FFK). In a video released, the governor said that FFK has joined the All-Progressive Congress (APC) and left the People’s Democratic Party; and just after he said that, FFK himself has countered his speech.
Known in Nigeria, David Oluwafemi Adewunmi Abdulateef Fani-Kayode is a Nigerian politician, essayist, poet and lawyer. He was a member of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party. He was with the opposition’s All Progressive Congress until June 2014 when he returned to the ruling Peoples Democratic Party.
Of course, the movement of politicians in the country from one party to another cannot be totally dependable, yet, the only person who can determine where he’s standing is the politician himself.
Although, Yahaya Bello might be right, but we cannot take his words over the words of the person concerned, and this is why the words of FFK himself must be heard.
So, just as people are talking about his movement to APC, FFK just made a tweet to make it known to the world that he hasn’t left PDP, and from his speech, he sounds like a committed member to the party.
Below is the tweet he made:
Though we have had meetings across party lines and we are in a season of political consultation I have not left the PDP.

So, in this case, who do you think you can believe? FFK or Yahaya Bello?
