Ekwunife,Obi Visit Ochanja Market Sympathize With Victims Of Fire Incident(Photos)

The Senator representing Anambra Central Senatorial District, Senator Uche Ekwunife in company of the former Governor of Anambra State, Mr Peter Obi and other leaders of the People’s Democratic Party on Saturday visited Ochanja market and other areas in Onitsha where a fire incident occurred on Wednesday.

Ekwunife who had through a media statement commiserated with the victims of the incident, on visiting the market joined voices with other PDP leaders who were present to assure victims of the sad incident of the commitment of government at all levels to provide the necessary support in order to cushion the effect of the damages incurred by the traders whose goods and shops where gutted by fire.

She tasked the State Government to take urgent actions towards finding a lasting solution to the incessant fire incidents, particularly the incidents caused by petrol tankers which have caused immeasurable pain to citizens of the state.

Also part of the delegation was the Member representing Nnewi North, Nnewi South and Ekwusigo Federal Constituency, Hon. Chris Azubogu and Ex PDP Governorship Aspirant, Dr Alex Obiogbolu.
