ICWLS Boss Norminates Microimplant disease surgery inventor for Best global Awards

The World Grand President, International Chartered World Learned Society (ICWLS), and the Vice Chancellor, Crown University International Chartered, Accra Ghana, Professor Sir, Bashiru Aremu has norminated to the Board of trustees of ICWLS, an Ophthalmologist, Microimplant disease surgery inventor, Prof Sir Dr Luis Abad for International best Award.

Professor Sir, Bashiru Aremu disclosed this today to our reporter in a telephone conversation Stated that Professor Sir Luis Abad is World’s best Distinguished Ophthalmologist.

The Distinguished Professor of Ophthalmology, Dr. Professor Sir Luis Abad, the creator of devises and systems for ophthalmic Surgery and intraocular microimplant for degenerative diseases of the retina- International patent in Europe and USA, also Dr. Abad is ambassador at UNESCO for Argentina, Academic Representative in Argentina and Worldwide, California University, USA.

In his words of the World renown Professor of ICT: “Dr. Professor Sir Luis Abad is from Argentina, he holds a Doctor of Letters (D.Litt) in Medical Research, Philosophy Doctor ( PhD.) as researcher, International Philosophical Institute, Dr. Abad has published more than eighty articles in Scientific Journals.
