Following the Killings going on in Nigeria, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu the Leader of IPOB has called out president Donald Trump for being silent on the killings of Christians in the country.
Reacting to several Reports of Killings ongoing in Nigeria both National and International, The IPOB Leader wrote:
“What is needed is urgent action not more reports. Fulani terrorists aided & abated by @NGRPresident are taking advantage of global indifference towards the plight of Judeo-Christians in Nigeria to continue their killings, rape and ethnic cleansing of conquered communities. #Sad”
“1,202 Nigerian Christians were killed in the first six months of 2020…in addition to 11,000 Christians who have been killed since June 2015.” Read @FRCdc @lelagilbert’s new report that warns of “a possible genocide of Christians emerging in Nigeria.”
“Since 2010, 60,000+ killings have taken place in Nigeria. @realDonaldTrump says he’s committed to advancing religious freedom around the world, but actions speak louder than words, Mr. President! @StateDept must end this silent slaughter of Christians!”
“Nigeria needs international intervention, @StateDept @SecPompeo! @FRCdc @lelagilbert urges @WhiteHouse to consider sanctions on #Nigeria and cutting aid in response to @MBuhari’s disregard of Christian persecution across the region.”
