The Kwara Muslim Council has urged Gov. AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq to consolidate on his first term achievements as he celebrate one-year in office.
Justice Salihu Olohuntoyin-Mohammed, the Chairman of the council, gave the task in an interview with Akelicious on Saturday in Ilorin.
Olohuntoyin-Mohammed said that in the last one year, AbdulRazaq has embarked on people oriented projects across the 16 local government areas of the state and urged him to further consolidate on the gains.
He also praised the governor for his simplicity, fairness and not allowing executive hooliganism.
Olohuntoyin-Mohammrd, who is also a former Grand Khadi in the state Sharia Court of Appeal, said the governor has demonstrated a purposeful leadership that carry along all segments of the society.
“The governor is very humble, humane, promptly address welfare of Kwara citizens, especially those in rural areas and avoid executive hooliganism,” the council chairman said.
The senior citizen also advised the people of the state to continue to pray for AbdulRazaq for more achievements aimed at transforming the state.
He assured the governor that the council would not relent in supporting him to deliver on his mandate.
