Accordingly The Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has given an order for the immediate release of the former Governor of Abia State and Chief Whip of the Senate, Dr Orji Uzor Kalu from Abuja correctional centre
Justice Mohammed Liman gave the order in an ex-parte ruling on Tuesday afternoon after listening to the suit filed by the legal team of the former governor Led by Lateef Fagbemi (SAN).
