Former Governor of Abia State and Chief Whip of the Senate, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu has described the Founder and Chairman of Atlas Oranto Petroleum International Limited, Chief Arthur Eze as a patriotic statesman, renowned businessman, and philanthropist par excellence.
