Youth Coalition For Godwin Maduka Condemns Ilf’s Vow To Frustrate Prof. Dr. Godwin Maduka’s Gubernatorial Candidacy

Our attention has been drawn to disingenious statements credited to Independent Leaders Forum (ILF) vowing to “stop at nothing” to ensure the disqualification of Prof. Dr. Godwin Maduka (Ijele Ndigbo)from contesting the Anambra gubernatorial election under the PDP, on grounds of defaulting “aspirants agreement” of payment of not more than N3000 to delegates and reference to NYSC discharge certificate.

It is comical that such acclaimed group of individuals could feign ignorance of the requirements in contesting a “governorship” postion in Nigeria or knowledge of the fact that Anambra State in particular, has a lot of political office holders (Federal & State level) without the impediment of NYSC certification specificaly designed for Nigerian tertiary institutions. This goes to show the place of ignorance and decadence in our political space as well as the intimidation posed by academic prowess that should be encouraged rather than stifled in a society that has lacked it all to attributes of failed leadership.

The Youth Coalition for Dr. Godwin Maduka (YCG) shall not encourengage or engage in needless cheap propaganda against the great personality of Prof.Dr. Godwin Maduka(Okosis Orumba)but wishes to commend the National Working Committee of the People’s Democratic Party(PDP) aptly led by Prince Uche Secondus, for their credibility and uncompromising position in awarding merit and not mediocrity.

We dare challenge any gubernatorial aspirant in Anambra State to present his or her qualifications and achievements side-by-side our candidate Prof.Dr. Godwin Maduka aka Mr. Evidence in this pursuit of a deserving governor for ndi Anambra come November 2021.
