Nigerian billionaire businessman, Arthur Eze, has declared his support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, stating that the current administration represents the kind of leadership Nigeria needs.
Speaking during a recent engagement, Eze praised Tinubu for what he described as inclusive governance, noting that the President has “no boundaries” in his appointments and has brought many Igbo professionals into his government.
“President Tinubu has no boundaries. That is why he appointed many Igbo people into his office.
This is the kind of leadership we want. Everybody should support Tinubu. Don’t worry, Nigeria will change after eight years. It’s even changing now,” Eze said.
His remarks have since sparked conversations online, with many Nigerians recalling that the businessman made similar statements over a decade ago in support of former President Muhammadu Buhari.
In 2015, Eze had expressed strong optimism about Buhari’s leadership, urging Nigerians to be patient and assuring that the country would witness significant transformation under his administration.
The resurfacing of his past comments has generated mixed reactions on social media, with some users applauding his continued optimism about Nigeria’s future, while others questioned the consistency of political endorsements by influential figures.
Despite the reactions, Eze maintained that Nigeria is already witnessing positive changes under Tinubu’s leadership and called on citizens across ethnic and political lines to rally behind the President for national development.
