The Udi Traditional Rulers Council under Leadership of Igwe Justice Ken Ezeike RTD, on Thursday 8 February expressed their support for the Executive Chairman of Udi Local Government Hon Nze Philip Nnamdi Okoh, towards the sanitization of Udi Local Government Council Headquarters.
In a statement signed by the Leadership of Udi Royal Fathers, they commended the Chairman for carrying on with the removal of squatters within the Local Government Headquarters.
The Stakeholders and Traditional Rulers of Udi Local Government had on Thursday 25/1/2024 given the Chairman the go ahead to sanitize the Udi Local Government Headquarters by removing unwanted structures littering the Headquarters.
It was also agreed that the entire perimeter of the Council Headquarters be fenced, to secure the Udi local Government Secretariat noting that, the newly built High Court and the Civic Center under construction makes the fencing imminently expedient. The perimeter fencing has also been commenced by the Chairman.
Udi Traditional Rulers urged Hon Nze Philip Nnamdi Okoh to carry on with this noble exercise to give the Udi Local Government Council Headquarters a befitting look.
