Federal High Court, Abuja presided over by Justice Emeka Nwite has set aside its earlier order for the arrest of the Chief of Staff of the Rivers State Government House, Ehie Edison ESQ., Chibuike O. Peter and others over their alleged involvement in the burning of the State House of Assembly.
