Nigerians have dug up old photos of Labour Party presidential candidate and former Anambra State governor, Peter Obi, serving food at various events during his tenure as governor, countering recent criticisms from political figures.
This comes after Rivers State’s Nyesom Wike and Edo governor, Monday Okpebholo, accused Obi of theatrics, claiming he served food at a recent event just to “deceive Nigerians.”
In swift reaction, Obi’s supporters flooded social media with photo evidence showing similar acts of humility during his time in office, stating that “his humility did not start today.”
