Five hundred traders have been empowered in Edo state under the federal government renewed hope initiative by the first Lady and wife of the president Senator Olufemi Tinubu.
This was disclosed by the first Lady at the empowerment event held at the government house auditorium in Benin City the Edo state capital.
Addressing the beneficiaries selected from the eighteen local government areas of the state, Senator Olufemi Tinubu who was represented by the wife of the Edo state governor Mrs Anani Okpebholo, said the economic Empowerment Program is to support small scale traders in the state
