
Governor of Enugu State, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, on Saturday received his Abia State counterpart, Dr. Alex Otti, in Enugu, where both leaders held discussions aimed at deepening cooperation and promoting development across the two neighbouring states.
In a statement shared on his official X handle (@PNMbah), Governor Mbah described the meeting as warm and fruitful, noting that it provided an opportunity for both governors to exchange ideas and reaffirm their shared commitment to good governance and sustainable growth.

I was delighted to receive my brother, the Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti, here in Enugu. We had a warm and fruitful exchange, sharing ideas, comparing notes, and reinforcing our common commitment to delivering good governance and sustainable development to our people,” Mbah wrote.
He further expressed appreciation to Governor Otti for the visit and the growing bond between Enugu and Abia, adding that both states are working together to build “a future of shared prosperity for our people.”
