Nicki Minaj Risks Losing $20 Million L.A. Mansion Over Unpaid Assault Lawsuit Judgment

Rap superstar Nicki Minaj is reportedly at risk of losing her $20 million Los Angeles mansion after allegedly failing to pay a court-ordered debt to a man her husband, Kenneth Petty, allegedly a+saulted in 2019.

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Thomas Weidenmüller accused Minaj and Petty of refusing to pay the over $500,000 owed to him following an a+sault lawsuit he filed against Petty, who is a registered s+x offender.

Weidenmüller has now asked the court to enforce payment by placing Minaj’s 11-bedroom Hidden Hills home up for sale.

“The dwelling is subject to a $13.2 million mortgage lien and a $722,151 homestead exemption together just under $14 million,” the filing reads.
“With the property valued at $20 million, that leaves around $6 million in equity, which is more than enough to cover the judgment, interest, and enforcement costs.”

Weidenmüller’s legal team argued that selling the mansion would fully satisfy the debt, adding that Minaj’s immense wealth makes her refusal to pay unjustifiable.

“Minaj is a global superstar worth between $150 and $190 million and one of the highest-paid female rappers in the world,” the document states. “There is no doubt she can afford to pay this judgment, yet she has failed to do so despite repeated demands and collection attempts. [Weidenmüller] should not have to wait any longer.”
