Social media activist VeryDarkMan has stirred conversation online after commenting on the sudden quietness surrounding the protests for the release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).

In a viral video shared on Wednesday, the outspoken critic remarked that ever since the arrest of fellow activist Omoyele Sowore, there has been an unusual silence among those who previously championed Nnamdi Kanu’s cause.

“Ever since Sowore’s arrest, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s protest has gone quiet. Once they arrest one person, everything stops,” VeryDarkMan said.
