Residents of Abia State have begun sharing images and videos highlighting the alleged state of constituency projects carried out by Orji Uzor Kalu as a federal senator.

The conversation has also drawn reactions from prominent voices calling out long-serving politicians in the state who held power from 1999 until the emergence of Governor Alex Otti. One of them is media personality Noble Igwe, who grew up in Aba.

Igwe specifically criticized the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Benjamin Kalu, noting that despite being in politics for over 23 years, he just installed 1,000 kVA power project for people of Bende.
