Dr Charles Mba, Chief Executive Officer of CDV Group, one of Nigeria’s leading real estate development companies, has held an interactive session with the Executive Governor of Enugu State, Dr Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, on strategies to advance real estate development in the state.
The meeting, which took place on Tuesday, focused on exploring opportunities for public-private partnerships aimed at accelerating urban development, expanding housing infrastructure, and attracting both local and international investment into Enugu State’s real estate sector.
Speaking after the engagement, Dr Charles Mba described Governor Mbah as one of the most performing governors in the South-East, noting that the discussion centred on innovative ideas to move Enugu State forward through sustainable and large-scale real estate projects.
According to him, the engagement signals the beginning of significant developments in the state, urging residents, corporate investors, and diaspora investors to look forward to emerging opportunities as plans are underway to transform Enugu’s real estate landscape, as the stage is now fully set for a mega real estate revolution in Enugu State.
Governor Mbah has consistently emphasized infrastructure development, investment-friendly policies, and economic growth as key pillars of his administration, with real estate identified as a critical driver for job creation, urban renewal, and economic inclusion in the state.
