Edo State Governor Monday Okpebholo has cautioned students of the Ambrose Ali University Ekpoma recently released from detention on the need to shun activities that will bring their name and the state to disrepute.
Governor Okpebholo made the remarks when he received the students and their leaders at the government house in Benin City.
He advised the students against being used by politicians who will later abandon them. Also speaking, the state commissioner for education Mr. Paddy Iyamu reiterated the stand of the governor as the student union president thanked the governor for the gesture.
