Interpol Systems Consultant and security expert, Sir Chikwe Udensi, on Tuesday, March 4, 2026, hosted former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and several prominent political leaders from Northern and South Eastern Nigeria at his Abuja residence.

The gathering, which coincided with the breaking of the fast, brought together influential figures across political and regional divides for discussions on the state of the nation and possible pathways for Nigeria’s political and economic progress.

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar arrived at the meeting accompanied by notable associates including Dr. Kassim Ibrahim, Prof. Ahmadu Shehu, and other political stakeholders.

Among the prominent Igbo leaders present were Chief Chekwas Okorie, former Minister of State for Education Emeka Nwajiuba, Senator Augustine Akobundu, Dr. Osita Oruche, Prof. Onyi Nwagbara, Chief Uchenna Okogbuo, Chief Ralph Nwosu, former National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Hon. Uzoma Abonta, Hon. Uko Nkole, Etigwe Uwah (SAN), Dr. Steve Nwadiuko, Chief Morris Eboh (Black Moore), Senator Frank Ibezim, and Dr. Dave Eboh, among others.

Sources at the meeting disclosed to ABN TV that following the Iftar (breaking of the fast), the leaders held a closed-door meeting where they deliberated on the current state of the nation, national unity, and strategies for addressing Nigeria’s socio-economic and security challenges.

The discussions were also said to have explored political collaboration and the role of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) as a possible platform for advancing national dialogue and fostering broader political cooperation.

Observers say the Abuja meeting reflects growing consultations among political stakeholders across different regions, as leaders continue to engage on strategies aimed at strengthening Nigeria’s democracy and addressing pressing national concerns.
