Former Rivers State Governor, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, has arrived in Port Harcourt ahead of his official registration as a member of the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
Amaechi is set to register with the party in his hometown, Ubima, Ikwerre LGA, Rivers State
