APGA Leaders Show Solidarity as Igwebuike Visits Bereaved Party Member in Ayamelum

The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Mayoral Candidate for Ayamelum Local Government Council, Mgbechi Emmanuel Igwebuike, has led a delegation of party members to the burial ceremony of the late Mrs. Okafor Udego Maureen in Amah Village, Ifite-Ogwari, Ayamelum Local Government Area of Anambra State.

Igwebuike, alongside his Deputy Mayoral Candidate, Hon. Mrs. Anedo Patricia Onyejelu, and other APGA Ward Councillorship candidates in Ayamelum LGA, attended the ceremony to sympathize with one of their party members, Hon. Okafor Emmanuel (popularly known as Ojenamuo), who is the APGA Councillorship Candidate for Ifite-Ogwari Ward 2.

The late Mrs. Okafor Udego Maureen was the mother of Hon. Okafor Emmanuel.

Speaking during the visit, Igwebuike said the delegation came to identify with and console their colleague during his moment of grief. He noted that the visit also provided an opportunity to interact with APGA members from Ifite-Ogwari Ward 1 and Ward 2, strengthening unity and solidarity within the party.

He prayed for the peaceful repose of the deceased’s soul and asked God to grant comfort and strength to the bereaved family.

Igwebuike also prayed that the burial would usher in blessings for the family and that they would not experience such a loss again.

The event attracted party faithful, community members, friends, and well-wishers who gathered to pay their last respects to the deceased and support the grieving family.

The APGA mayoral candidate reaffirmed the party’s commitment to standing by its members in both joyful and difficult moments, describing the party as a united family.
