Control of the Strait of Hormuz Iran oversees safe passage, potentially with regulated transit terms

Acceptance of Iran’s nuclear program Including uranium enrichment under agreed conditions

Lifting of all U.S. primary sanctions

Lifting of secondary sanctions targeting third party countries

Termination of UN Security Council sanctions and resolutions on Iran

Termination of international nuclear oversight resolutions IAEA related

Compensation or reconstruction support for Iran

Withdrawal of U.S. military forces from the region

Full cessation of hostilities across all fronts including allied groups

Trump stated that “almost all of the various points of past contention have been agreed to,” suggesting both sides are using the plan as the main framework for a potential long term deal.
