According to reports circulating online, the victim was said to be a father of four who lived in Jabi. The incident has sparked fresh conversations among residents about the growing dangers of moving around the city late at night, especially in areas repeatedly linked to car theft and attacks.
Many residents say Abuja no longer feels as safe as it once did, with increasing calls for tighter security, improved surveillance, and more night patrols across the capital.
