A commercial tricycle (Keke) driver has lost his life in a tragic road accident in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, after a trailer carrying cement crashed into his tricycle at a Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) checkpoint on Monday.
According to sources, the FRSC had stopped the tricycle at the checkpoint before the trailer reportedly rammed into it from behind, killing the driver on the spot.
The truck trailer driver who sped off was later caught by the FRSC.
