The younger sister of Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, Destiny Daniels, has reacted to fresh speculation surrounding the actress’ appearance after she was recently spotted at the residence of her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.
Regina’s appearance at the residence sparked renewed discussions online, with some social media users suggesting that the actress may have reconciled with Nwoko and was possibly expecting another child.
However, Destiny has dismissed the pregnancy speculation, explaining that Regina’s changing appearance was simply due to weight gain.
In a post shared on her Instagram Story, Destiny urged members of the public not to read too much into the actress’ appearance or the videos circulating online.
“No, she’s not pregnant either; it’s called putting on weight,” she stated.
Destiny also clarified the reason behind Regina’s presence at Nwoko’s residence, saying the actress was there to spend time with her children.
According to her, Regina was granted access to visit her children and her presence should not be interpreted as confirmation that she had returned to the senator as his wife.
“Y’all should chill. She was granted a visit to see her children just last night,” Destiny wrote.
“She’s still very much single for now,” she added.
Her comments have now put a fresh perspective on the viral sighting, as speculation about Regina’s relationship status continues to circulate across social media.
While Regina and Nwoko’s relationship has remained a subject of public interest, Destiny’s clarification suggests that the actress’ recent visit was centred on family and her children rather than a confirmed reconciliation or pregnancy.
