Chaos reportedly broke out at Warri Airport in Delta State after alleged thugs attacked supporters of the New Nigeria Development Congress (NDC) who had gathered to campaign for Peter Obi.
According to reports from the scene, the incident sparked tension among supporters, with some alleging that security personnel were present as the confrontation unfolded.
One of the supporters was heard saying: “Look at the thugs, they came to attack us. The securities are watching. We must face them. We are fully ready for them.”
