Prince Ejeh Josh, Esq., has congratulated Engr. Mike Ogbuekwe on his emergence as Chairman-elect of Nkanu East Local Government Area following the just-concluded local government elections.
Josh, who is the Special Adviser on Research and Publication and Spokesperson for the Mmiri Oma Campaign Organisation, described Ogbuekwe’s victory as a reflection of the confidence and trust placed in him by the people of Nkanu East.
In a congratulatory message, Josh expressed optimism that the incoming administration would provide purposeful, people-centred and transformative leadership across the council area.
He said the new administration should focus on infrastructure development, youth and community empowerment, economic opportunities and investment attraction to accelerate development in Nkanu East.
Josh also expressed hope that Ogbuekwe’s tenure would help reposition Nkanu East from its largely agrarian status into an emerging industrial council area, while promoting inclusive development and improved opportunities for residents.
“May your mandate yield enduring dividends for the people, strengthen the bonds of unity across the council area, and leave behind a legacy worthy of the confidence and trust reposed in you,” he said.
He further congratulated Ogbuekwe and wished him a successful tenure in office, urging him to justify the confidence placed in his leadership by the people of Nkanu East.
