Social commentator Solomon Buchi has announced that he is severing ties with real estate developer Grace Ofure following complaints from alleged investors who claim they have yet to receive the properties they paid for.
Buchi disclosed that he had confronted Ofure on four separate occasions over the complaints, urging her to address the concerns raised by the affected investors.
Following the unresolved concerns, he said he had decided to distance himself from the developer and remove previous social media posts he made to promote her business.
He also pledged to refund Ofure for promotional posts he had been paid to publish but had yet to deliver, adding that he would no longer promote any Nigerian real estate company.
The decision comes amid growing public complaints from individuals who allege that they invested in properties through Ofure’s company but have not received the properties they paid for.
Buchi’s announcement signals a withdrawal of his public support for the developer as concerns surrounding the alleged transactions continue to attract attention.
However, the allegations against Ofure and her company remain claims by the affected individuals and would require further verification. Ofure’s response to the allegations was not included in Buchi’s announcement as reported.
