The Argentine football superstar secured the prestigious individual award after finishing as the league’s top scorer for the 2026 season, extending his remarkable achievement following his 2025 triumph.
Messi scored 26 goals in 31 appearances during the 2026 campaign, having previously netted 29 goals in 28 matches in the 2025 season.
