Nollywood actor Aremu Afolayan has expressed strong support for Bola Ahmed Tinubu, saying many Nigerians focus more on criticizing the president rather than acknowledging his efforts to address national challenges.
Speaking in a recent comment that has circulated widely on social media, the actor stated that while many people complain about economic hardship in the country, he personally feels unaffected because he is doing well financially.
Afolayan also referenced the diplomatic engagement between Nigeria and the United Arab Emirates, noting that Tinubu’s intervention helped resolve the visa restriction that previously affected Nigerian travellers.
According to him, the president has been making efforts to improve the country’s image abroad and promote unity among Nigerians.
The actor further argued that despite the numerous challenges facing the nation, the government’s efforts are often overshadowed by criticism and negative commentary.
Afolayan concluded by reiterating his support for Tinubu, stating that the president’s initiatives and diplomatic engagements are reasons he continues to stand behind his leadership.
