The secretariat of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Ubima has been burnt and destroyed by unknown persons.
Ubima is the hometown of former Rivers State Governor, Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi.
The incident is coming on the same day Amaechi is expected to visit the secretariat to register as a member of the party.
