Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton has spoken passionately about Africa’s potential and the need for its leaders to reclaim the continent’s resources. In recent comments, he described Africa as “the most beautiful part of the world” and expressed frustration that much of its wealth has been taken by other nations.
Hamilton urged African leaders to unite and assert control over the continent, saying, “I’m looking forward and hoping that the people running those countries can come together and take Africa back. Take it back from the French, from the Spanish and Portuguese, and also the British.”
Highlighting the continent’s potential, he added, “They have the resources to be the greatest and most powerful part of the world.” Hamilton emphasized that collaboration among African nations is key to reclaiming Africa’s rightful position on the global stage and ensuring its resources benefit its own people.
