A coalition of support groups for the governorship aspiration of Dr. Godwin Maduka known as TEAM DGM is formed.
In a meeting of the various nonpartisan support groups held today the 30th day of August 2020 in Awka, the Coordinators unanimously pledged to work for the advancement of the Movement for good governance as championed by the Umuchukwu born Professor of Medicine with international reputation.
Speaking at the event, the National Coordinator of Dr. Godwin Maduka Fan Club, Comrade Sunny Chidube said the new team spirit would guarantee the success of the Umuchukwu born Medical Doctor at the poll come 2021.
The sponsor of Grassroots Support for Maduka (GSM), Chief Leo Emesue asked for commitment and wisdom to achieve the set goals of TEAM DGM. He stated that the various support groups numbering over 12 remain existent and encouraged all to act relentlessly for the actualization of Dr. Maduka’s Movement to Agu-Awka. It is a movement with a philosophy to entrench good leadership.
In his response, Chief Tochukwu Ilo who represented Dr. Godwin Maduka expressed appreciation to the Team for their passion and commitment to actualize good governance in Anambra state which Dr. Maduka represents.
He encouraged the Team to always act for humanity first while assuring that the choice of Dr. Godwin Maduka for the number one job in Anambra State will never be regretted considering his unmatched footprints in the transformation of the state.
