Yoruba nation agitator, Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho, has stated that Bola Ahmed Tinubu must be allowed to complete two terms in office, insisting that anyone suggesting otherwise is not being serious.
Speaking during a recent address, Igboho said it is unrealistic for anyone to claim that President Tinubu would not govern Nigeria for eight years.
According to him, the President is expected to complete the constitutional two-term cycle before supporting another candidate to succeed him.
“If we complete our eight years, President Tinubu will support the next candidate. But anyone who says he won’t run for eight years is joking,” Igboho said.
The activist also offered prayers for the President’s long life, emphasizing that Tinubu should remain healthy to finish his tenure.
