Nigerian filmmaker and comedian, Ayo Makun, popularly known as AY, has once again raised the bar in Nollywood with his latest project, The Waiter.
The movie made history at the Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival (TINFF), scooping more than 10 awards across multiple categories, a feat that has further cemented its global recognition.
Adding to the celebration, The Waiter is currently sitting at Number 1 on Netflix’s Top Ten Movies chart, making it the most-watched film across Africa and beyond. The film is also available worldwide via Circuit Streams, expanding its reach to an international audience.
