The emotional message, addressed directly to Wirtz, praised the 21-year-old for not only being one of the best footballers in the world but also a “special person” with a winning mindset and exceptional maturity. Rolfes reflected on the German international’s journey through injury, his leadership growth, and key performances—especially highlighting his unforgettable hat-trick in the title-deciding match against Werder Bremen.
