Anambra State’s political landscape witnessed a historic moment as the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) clinched victory in all 21 local government areas of the state in the just-concluded governorship election. The comprehensive win has been described by stakeholders as a decisive endorsement of continuity and performance.
Reacting to the landslide outcome, Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu, wife of the late APGA founder and Igbo nationalist, Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, celebrated the victory and congratulated the re-elected governor, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo.
In her statement, Ojukwu lauded Ndi Anambra for “keeping the faith,” noting that the results reflected the people’s trust in the governor’s vision and achievements during his first term. She described the outcome as a strong reaffirmation of APGA’s dominance in Anambra politics.
“It’s official! APGA wins in all 21 Local Governments of Anambra State. It’s a landslide,” she declared, adding that Soludo’s re-election was a testament to the belief that one good term deserves another.
She further expressed gratitude, saying, “Thank you, good people of Anambra, for keeping the faith. God of Moses! May your name be praised forevermore!”
