A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party in Lagos State, Chief Bode George, has said he will not stop criticising a former governor of the state, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, as far as the state’s affairs are concerned.
Since Bola Tinubu took charge of the leadership status of Lagos in 1999, George Bode claims there have been a slow progress towards the developement of the State and that have lead the state to a wrong direction.
He furthered said that the beautiful legacies left by Buba Marwa, Alhaji Lateef Jakance and Mobolaji John has all been eroded.
In his interview with Punch newspaper, Bode George has said he stand by all that he have said about him. I don’t have anything personal against him but against his policies. His daughter is the Iyaloja of Lagos, his son is the only one that has adverts all over the city and his wife is the one representing Lagos Central in the Senate.
