It has been a first half to remember at the FIFA Club World Cup final as Chelsea delivered a ruthless performance, scoring three times against Paris Saint-Germain before the break.

Young star Cole Palmer opened the scoring in the 22nd minute with a calm finish after a well-timed assist from Malo Gusto. Just seven minutes later, Palmer doubled Chelsea’s lead with a brilliant solo effort, leaving the PSG defence trailing before slotting the ball past Donnarumma.

As if that was not enough, Chelsea added a third just before half-time through João Pedro, who made no mistake with a classy lob over the onrushing PSG goalkeeper, following a defence-splitting pass from Palmer.

The Blues dominated the first 45 minutes, leaving PSG’s backline unsettled and their supporters in shock. With a 3–0 lead at the break, Chelsea are now firmly in control and eyeing the Club World Cup trophy.

Fans around the world are glued to their screens as this final continues to deliver drama, passion, and brilliant football. All eyes are now on the second half to see if PSG can mount a comeback or if Chelsea will seal their second Club World Cup title in style.
