Delta Governor Warns Opposition To Steer Clear, Ahead 2027 Elections

Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has declared that the state has effectively become a no-go-area for opposition parties ahead of the 2027 elections.

The governor made the remarks during the inauguration of the 4.8-Kilometer Oko/Amakom road in Oshimili South local government area of the state.

Speaking at the commissioning site after cutting the tape to commission the road, Governor Oborevwori said the infrastructural development under his administration has strengthened public confidence and positioned the state for political dominance ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Speaking further, he promised to use his position as a working governor to win more local governments, as the traditional ruler expressed joy over the project.
