A strange incident unfolded yesterday evening at Barracks Junction, Nsukka, as an Oriokpa masquerade reportedly attacked a man identified as Mr. Rueben, leaving him unconscious at the scene before fleeing.
The victim was later rushed to the hospital, where he regained consciousness just before midnight. The motive behind the assault remains unclear, and community members are calling for accountability.
