Former African Democratic Congress (ADC) house of assembly candidate Nkanu-East constituency Hon Ambassador David C. Ani, has reacted to the statement of Enugu lawmaker Rt. Hon. Paul Nnajiofor who said that “Enugu Still Remains The Safest State”
Read his reaction below:
Following my post on Facebook yesterday which prompted the press release of Hon Paul Nnajiofor my opponent at the 2019 general election I still wish to inform him that there is no need for him to take it politically the way they always do before now, rather they should consider the security of the good people of Enugu state, having known that Enugu the inherited peaceful state by governor Ugwuanyi have turn to an unsafest place to common man including priest.
I wish to also inform Hon Nnajiofor that he should be aware that haven rigged into power is not a reason to overlook those he claimed to be representing, we don’t talk only about the governor here we said that he have aslo failed in his civic responsibilities as a legislature and shouldn’t be surprise when the angry youths from his constituency push for his recall. After swearing in the good people have been expecting him to engage us in a town hall meeting but to no avail same he did for the past four years, to see him again should be when next he is contesting.
We are also aware that governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi gave out locations at 14 LGA of the state out of 17 for RUGA and we shall soon stand to peacefully demonstrate for them to sit up to their civic responsibilities or resign.
The Concerned citizens of Enugu state are hereby passing vote of no confidence to both executive and legislative arms of Enugu state government.
