Bukoka Saraki has come out on his Twitter handle to talk about the current situation that happened in Oyo and Ondo state recently, were he condemned the silence of the stakeholders that were supposed to come out and speak about this matter. He said that the silence of these people is a good sign that there is something wrong somewhere and that is not good for the country.
He said we all need to come out and talk about a way to find a lasting solution to this insecurity and disunity that has overwhelmed this country and is threatening our national security, as we do not have another country expect this one called Nigeria.
Saraki said he is of Fulani origin and his mother is from the Yoruba tribe, he said his father is a Muslim and his mother is a Christian, so that makes him a stakeholder in this matter both on the ethnic side and religion side. He then called on Ahmed Lawan the Senate President and Femi Gbajabiamila the speaker of the House of Representatives to provide legislative intervention that would guide the executive arm of government in making effective decisions.
He also called on 2023 aspirants to learn from these occurrence and start looking for solutions to problems like these in case it persist till that period.
